poor service incomplete refund falsified documents.
Technician supposedly did readings of pool which were wrong for 2 weeks straight. I spoke with the head pool tech and he came out and took a reading which completely contradicted what the other tech submitted. I wanted to cancel services but company asked for another chance with a different tech. Our services were scheduled for Friday's than I found out it was changed to Monday's when the new tech came out he was on the phone the entire time we saw him. I immediately cancelled services with them. My pool turned green within 2 days. We hired a new company and had to spend extra amount of money to clean up from the other company. Services were 85.00 per month and I asked for a full refund we were credited 34.00 of the 85.00. They only came 1 week in October because the person wrote down the credit card numbers wrong so no service was done the first week. I'm asking for a complete refund of the advanced payment less the 34.00 that was credited.

We serviced Mr. H pool from Aug 2019 - Oct 2019. We serviced the pool every Friday. We provide a service called ION. It is where the pool cleaner has to take a picture of the pool after serviced and needs to electronically add chemical readings to the app. After he does so, it gets forwarded to the homeowner.
We also quote any issues we may find while at the property. In this case, we quoted that the pool needed a new heater, a new salt system (the one presently there is no longer functional, and we quoted a resurface was needed). This pool was a salt pool, but being that the system was not working, we had to use chlorine instead to ensure chemicals were in pool and would stay clear and blue until we return the following week. On numerous occasions, Mr. H stated he did not receive those quotes and that he was not happy with the status of the pool. We continued to state that it was due to the salt system not working.
Our policy at CFPS is to take the monthly payment at the beginning of each month. In October, we serviced the pool on Friday the 4th, Friday the 11th. Which Is $34.00 worth of service.
We feel we are owed for the service we provided as we were happy to reimburse the last 3 week of Oct.
