I represent the other side of the negative review coin. I contacted Central Florida RV Center about an RV listing I found using an internet search. I drove up that evening and spent the night in a hotel in order to be there first thing in the morning, as Duane had told me he had someone driving in to see it the next day. I was on the lot even before they opened! My wife and I had been searching for a used RV exactly like this one for quite a while, and we didn't want to lose it over a few hours (which had happened to us before with a privately owned RV we found for sale on the internet). Duane was able to drive a hard bargain since he had two interested buyers at the same time, but in the end, we were able to come to agreement on price before the other interested buyer ever made it to the dealer. We are new to RVing and Duane and Steven spent the better part of a day with us - going over all of the features and how to's of the RV, and taking us out on the road and teaching us how to drive, maneuver, and handle the RV. They are even being kind enough to allow us to continue to store the RV on their lot until we are ready to take it back north with us when we head back in April (we are snowbirds currently), which is VERY helpful to us, and told us they will go over things with us again in April since we are likely to forgot some (or a lot!) of the information given to us, (there is a lot to take in). I doubt that there are many other dealerships that take care of their customers this well. Duane even explained that he wants his buyers to feel like his dealership "is home". Bottom line: We are EXTREMELY pleased with the dealership, the service, and all of the people we have dealt with at Central Florida RV Center and would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone.

Found RV posted online at Central Florida Rv center in Apopka, FL. Spoke to Duane. He reviewed the coach with us over the phone and we told him we wanted to purchase it. We made an appointment to drive 4 hours to get the coach. We even texted before we left home and on the way. After driving 3 hours, we received a call from Duane. He told us he had someone in his office that was writing a check for the RV. No deposit choice was given. This was not a good business practice. We are honest hard working folks and spent time and money traveling plus arranging appointment and obtained money ahead of appt. bad business dealing. Made us wonder about honesty and integrity of this outfit. If you are from out of town, you may wish to know this info. Maybe this will save you the time and money we lost with this business.
