I would never recommend renting from this companyUnprofessional and awful to deal withI rented a property from them for many years and never had issues with them until they wanted to do home inspections and take PICTURES of the inside and of my property and then send it to a third party that owned the property and used CGR as "management" this was a HUGE violation of privacyDuring the years I was never late with payments and kept the property in great shapeHowever, these people will NOT treat you like so; they are rude and condescendingBe aware that they are a predatory rental company and will charge you for EVERYTHING on your move out "inspection form"And then once they send you the bill for such damages they do not contact you via phone but through emailThis is unprofessional and lacks any kind business ethics

Mind you that they claim the balance is "overdue" on the day they sent the emailThe threatening and intimidation tactics are a great representation of what kind of people you are dealing with
Your BEST option is to avoid this company and all affiliates
