here We would need the name and address in the Flathead Valley to research further We process hundreds of calls monthly and to remember a certain call months later (which may not even be us) is unreasonable.Thank you

***DOCUMENT ATTACHED***# ID ***After getting the correct name and address and researching this service call -- our call center spoke to Mr*** on April and received his credit card over the phone because he was not going to be onsite when our service tech would go to fix their problem on 04/- Once on sight Mr*** was called to go over the options and authorize the work ......Service Tech proceeded with the work When our service tech was almost complete, Mr*** called back and said his wife was very upset over the $and not to do the work this was on hour later!!So no refund is available.Thank you
