My husband called on a Thursday to set up appt to view a propertyThey said they would not be able to show the place until Monday at 4:We are there at 4:30, people renting the place were home and realtor showed up at 4:We viewed the home with the current renters on the patio, which was a little oddWhile speaking with the realtor about our possibility of rent this place as we didn't want our kids and ourselves to get our hopes up if there were others acting in the houseShe said we really haven't had to many people look at it and nothing is pending so we could go home fill out app on line and then in the morning call to pay for our application feeMy husband called first thing in the morning and explain who he was and if he could pay for our application fee and the lady said oh that house got rented this morning, he then said thank you and got off the phoneI was so disappointed that it had gotten rented when the realtor had said what she said because we were ready to see this place Thursday but they couldn't show us until Monday and we also could have given deposit and applications that ThursdaySo I called back asking to speak with the realtor that showed us the place and the lady that answered the phone said that place has been rentedI told her yes I understand that because that is what you told my husband but I would like to speak to herSo after all that she finally lets me speak to herI told her it sure was disappointing to find out that someone had rented as she had told us no one else was that interested and not to many people had looked at it and her response was well this gentleman had looked at it a week ago but they hadn't heard from him but then he came in that morning and put his deposit downI was hurt and speechless this is why we had asked, what a disappointment for our kids and ourselvesSad thing is that we know someone that knows the owners and they owners and told the people we know that this property management told them that this gentleman had put his deposit on this house a week ago but it just got over lookedAll in all this property management lied to us or the he owners!!! This is no away shape of form to treat people!!! We own a house in Texas and would mortified if our property management ever acted or treated someone this way!!!!! This was our experience

I am a senior citizen leasing a manufactured home from Central Highlands. Serious issues like running sewage under the house were not treated or corrected for months until I reported them to the City of Prescott officials. Other maintenance requests were put on hold or denied (even initial cleanup and painting (holes in walls, dirty walls) To top it off, the manager of this business never cooperated and verbally attacked me every time I went into their office. She showed no disrespect for me as a human being and paying tenant. Right now I am too ill to live alone and must vacate - with medical excuses, but they refuse to honor my needs and even after telling me I could leave if I found a tenant, they are telling applicants I send to them (from my own ads) that the place is not ready to end until the end of my term (April 2016). They are insisting on treating me like a second class citizens and are highly insulting to me - treating me as though I were a "criminal", even when my friend paid my late rent because I was hospitalized with bronchial pneumonia just this month in the VA hospital in Prescott - accusing him of not giving them the full money he had brought in and threatening to call police after he had put down $900 on the table to pay them the late rent. My friend, an honorable, professional gentleman should never have been subjected to this insult to his reputation and dignity.
