I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that the response would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below
Service code of $has NEVER been billed to my primary insurance which is ***
I have paid on this twice (since they billed for the same service under my name and my husbands *** ***On 9-17-I paid $however this payment was made when my secondary Blue Cross Blue shield was billed first which was incorrectAfter my primary and secondary paid this service my remaining balance was which I paid on 10/19/

with balance this service was on 5/12/and I paid on 10/19/However per my EOB from Blue Cross Blue Shield I was to pay $
I believe I should be refunded at least (of payment on 9/14/of and 74/15)
I do not know how I can receive a bill, let alone a collection notice for service when my primary insurance hasn't even been billed

I received a threatening phone call from an automated machineIf It wasn't for the fact that I had an xray earlier this year, I would have disregarded it as a scamBut the automated phone call said I had an unpaid balance and this was the last time they were going to contact me before sending my bill to a collection agency (what about the first few warnings?? Never received those....)I've already paid $2,(which is overpriced) for four hip xraysI didn't receive a bill for the supposed "$51" remaining on my accountI'm very good with my finances and have an excellent credit rating, so good that I just bought a car for only a 2% interest rateI called and they said they'd hold the bill for days and they'll send it to me in the mailI could have easily paid this in the first place if they actually sent me the bill, as I have $5,in emergency money! They better not screw my credit score upAnd the way they handle themselves still seems like a scam, I'm still uncertain if this is legit

mutual goal to provide accurate and timely billing services in a satisfying manner to the patients of Central Illinois Radiological Associates.Our review of the patient's account has resulted in these findings:
The patients responsibility for date of service 04124/15 is as follows by procedure code: 76705 $63.57, 76830 $7.48, 76856 $74.15 and 74170 $97.10 for a total responsibility of $242.30. A total of $260.99 was paid by the patient.A refund of $18.69 is due to the patient.
As a result of these findings, we have taken the following corrective actions:A refund of $18.69 was processed back to the credit card on 3/3/16.
We apologize for the inconvenience this has caused at [redacted] this time; we request you close this complaint as we have resolved It in a satisfactory manner.
