Do not under any circumstances use this company. We had a warranty on our AC which was only 2 years old. It quit working. They sent someone out and said no problem it's covered under warranty. 2 weeks later we got a bill for almost $1,000. The unit only cost $4k to begin with. They charged for all kinds of parts and labor, with a very small part being covered under warranty. To top it off they had the worst customer service I have ever experience. A former employee who is now retired said he quit because of how unethical they are. DO NOT use them, you will regret it.
This client is a complete LIAR!!! We original came out diagnosed, and explained 100% what was warranty and what was chargeable. Her home was 87 degrees hot! She said ok, we ordered parts, arrived completed work immediately with in 36hours, she has cooling, we gave her a bill she said her husband wasn't around to pay the bill so we emailed it to her asap waited and waited and waited. No payment. We called 12-15 times asking to make sure it was cooling and to pay her invoice. We explained by test and over and over on the phone. Carrier warranted several items exact as we told her!. Again explaining she never paid for a Carrier labor warranty, so the labor, misc materials and refrigerant were not covered! This woman had no intention of ever paying a dime, we called and emailed a dozen times, Finally we told her we would send her account to our attorney to collect. She now told her husband, he called to pay us with a credit card ASAP she stated if you make me pay I will write a bad report on you! Extremely un responsible client, wants work for FREE! She knew upfront she said ok, and we did work, she was being dishonest and not wanting to pay. All she heard was warranty not anything else, we explained over a dozen times and her bill was very detailed!

Not true but people can make their up their own mind. I stand by what I said. Never use this company. If you do just know that the warranty is worthless. And even if you aren't sure what to believe, a company calling a client a liar is beyond unprofessional. That should tell you everything you need to know. A big part of my job is customer service, and no matter what the customer does I would never dream of using that language. And a former employee who worked for them for quite some time, said he finally had to quit because they were so unethical Again, we paid, and we are through with them. If we need another repair it will be cheaper to contact someone else I am certain.
