apologize to her about that issue. We had an offer on the property on 4-2-16 with out of town clients,and going back and forth on the price then she settled on the contract price. As far as me not selling the property I didn't, but another agency did just like we always do with each other listings. She signed a contract with me as an Exclusive Right to Sell. She also signed and I also explained to her about agency Disclosure and she signed that she had read the statement. As I said I did make a honest mistake and thought I had explained and took the blame for that issue and addressed it with her. Please keep in mind when this was all being addressed we were under contract for a couple weeks already. Please contact me if I can be anymore more help with this issue.
