My Complaint/Review with this Company is in regards to a Customer Service Issue, regarding the Broker who has been hostile, rude and arrogant to Me. It is also about Being Misrepresented by the Broker, since I was unaware of the issues the insurance company had with My Home but they kept insuring it. My reason for Complaining about this Company is because of their Poor Customer Service and how bad I've been treated by the Broker. Another reason I'm complaining is because I'm not Satisfied with the Customer/Broker relationship I've had with this Company and I feel they need to be aware of My Dissatisfaction with them!
My only reason for giving this Company one Star Rating is because a no or 0 Star Rating was not an option!
