We moved to our home in Baxter in August The homeowners we purchased from told us Central Iowa Wireless (CIHSW) was one of two options for internet in Baxter, and that they had used the other internet provider before CIHSW and it was horribleThey told us they had no problems with CIHSW so we had no issue signing up for their serviceOur service began on August 29th, and we paid for the Silver Package- which was supposed to get us faster speedsFrom the very beginning we had poor service, multiple days without internet completely, unbelievably slow speedsAs of today I have still never spoken with a customer service representative over the phoneI call multiple times every month, to which the phone rings for seconds and I get the exact same voicemail that states "You have reached Central Iowa WirelessWe are currently experiencing network outages in the Baxter AreaWe will update this message when we have more information."
