Review: My husband and I bought our house in January 2015. Back in October 2014 Central Jersey Septic came to do an inspection and that was canceled. THey came back a second time to complete the inspection. We were charged for two service charges even though nothing was done on the first visit. I asked for a refund of $100 and was told no. The representative was rude and said nothing would be returned.

Today we had Central Jersey Irrigation come to inspect the sprinklers and was told that the the septic company broke the water line and several sprinkler heads. I called the septic company and was told once again that no refund would be given nor would any repairs to be done to the sprinkler heads or water line. This is going to cost us $500 and even though they say they take pride in their work they will not do anything to accommodate the additional cost we have incurred to due their error.Desired Settlement: I am requesting at the bare minimum a refund of the $100 for the service charge and the cost of the broken water line of $48 plus tax.
