Central Jersey Waste And Recycling

Review: We are scheduled to have our recycle picked up every other week. The last scheduled pick up my street was missed. I called to let Jersey Central Waste know. Was told they would be here the next day to pick up recycle. Never came to pick it up. I called 5 times to complain always being told they would be there the next day. Now we are 2 weeks past the last scheduled pick up and on to the next pick up. It's 5 pm and they still haven't picked up the recycle. So once again I called to make sure I had the right scheduled day. The woman on the phone tells me to hold on so she can find out. Comes back and says yes they are scheduled for today. I say good because they haven't been here to pick up my streets recycle in a month. She didn't really care and didn't say she would make sure the recycle would be picked up today. I now have 3 garbage cans full of recycle. If they go another 2 weeks I don't know what I'm gonna do with all the recycle. They have awful customer service. The recycle drivers have done this more than a handful of times. How hard is it to make sure you go to ever street in a small private community??Desired Settlement: I would like my recycle to be picked up on the day it is scheduled.
