Failure to collect trash I have experienced this company's failure to pick up my trash on the trash collection day specified by the companyI pay my bill on time so that is not the problemThis has happened numerous timesThere are no trees, bushes, signs, fences or anything else blocking their site from my trash can setting on the curbI have had to call the office on several occasions to report this problemOn the last call made on Friday, August 11, 2017, I was told that my trash would be picked up that dayMy regular trash pick up day is TuesdayMy trash is still sitting on the curb full, no one came by

Contacted company from May 10,requesting a refund for services never receivedToday is June 20, and still not refund On April 24, I requested trash servicesThe money was taken from my account on April 25,on April I still hadn't received service I contacted the provider about a refundI gave it a week and called back after multiple attempts to reach the company I was finial able to speak to someone who informed me that my refund was requested on the 15thI have since called every other week and asked of my refundtoday is June 20, and still have not been issued my moneyI never received any type of services and now I am out $I just want my money back I don't see how a company can get away with taking your money and not giving you services

I had service with this company well over a year ago and for 2-months and cancelled service because they wouldn't pick the trash up consistentlyI called them repeatedly for a few months asking them to come get their cart and refund my $and they would never complyLast November I moved the cart inside my garage to keep it from being stolen and winter coming onIn March they finally came to get their cart without notifying me so I could put it outside the garage for them to collectThey sent me a bill for $minus my refund of $leaving me owing them $I've called them numerous times since receiving this bill asking for my refund and once again letting them know the cart is outside my garage nowThe last call I made to them was May 2, and I spoke with ***I was put on hold well over minutes while she spoke with managementI was cut off and had to call back and this time I spoke with [redacted] who said my refund check would go out t

CKY Hauling has left me with a broken trash can for almost weeks I called approximately six weeks ago to have my trash can repaired as the wheel fell off Then I called three weeks later and was told they are running three weeks behind, they would get my on a high priority list for Nicholasville Here we are still no resolve, just after today's phone call they will get me on the high priority list I did advise them I would seek the help of the Revdex.com

I have been attempting to get an answer about recycling pickupI have sent three emails and called the office on Monday morning Aug 7th to reported the problemI pay for recycling and have not had it picked up for three weeksI was told by the person that I spoke to on Monday that they would check on itI have yet to get an answer by phone or emailCustomer service is severely lackingIt is impossible to get in contact with the company from 4pm Fri until 8am pn Monday, even when you make contact nothing gets done

This company is the worst company ever createdThe employees are rude condesending lazy and 100% unreliableWhen I moved to a new address it took phone calls just to switch my service over and then they didn't even put in the correct address and I had to call another times to get them to pick up my trashAfter all of this I catch them outside taking pics of my property as I had not put out my trash that week trying to justify the previous month of horrendous neglectWhen I called to cancel my service I was hung up on for not rolling over and kissing their behindsAbsolutely ridiculous!!!!!!! I will never use this service again and will make sure everyone I know doesn't either

The truck arm destroyed the cart lid that I rentI called on March the day of the incident and it has yet to be repaired as promised

My apartment Complex was paying for my trash and I also was paying for my trash my pick up

Everytime I call I am told that my refund is being processed and that it takes up to weeksIt's been over months and I would like my refundIf I have to pay my bill, they should have to pay back what they owe

On Friday 4/28/my garbage was put out for weekly pickupUpon returning home I noticed the can was missingI called Central Ky Hauling office in Nicholasville and was told that can was lost when dumping into truck and that a work order had been submitted for a replacementI have made several phone calls and each time I am told that it should be there any dayI am now thirty days without garbage service which is required in Jessamine County to purchase from this companyThey have made no attempts to make arrangements to pick up my garbage or to offer any credits on payments already made for their service

Central Kentucky Hauling was paid to pick up our trash, and they have skipped our house on multiple occasions
On June 30th Central Kentucky Hauling received payment for a three month contract to pick up our trashWe were skipped for pickup on the Fourth of July, after calling to ensure that pickup would occurBoth myself and my girlfriend called on the fifth, the sixth, and seventh to ensure pickup of said garbage with occurEach day we were assured that someone would be out the week of the fourth to pick up our trash, yet they did notThe following Monday we called again to check and see if they were coming, as well as, my girlfriend requested to be credited for the week they missedThe customer service agent refusedFurthermore this week, on July 18th we were skipped again, I called the business in an attempt to reach a customer service agent, and was sent to a voicemailI never received a call backIn addition to that it has been three weeks and we are still having to set

I've had the same problem as a previous reviewerThis company simply refuses to deliver the service one pays forOver the past three months, my recycling has been missed times, and the trash on occasionsDespite calling and being offered a refund: this did not occurThey continue to charge and not pick up trashthe office people are not helpful...all they do is say they will call dispatch and nothing happensI've lived at the same address for over years, and it's only since KY hauling took over that I've had any problems

Trash Service Pickup is TERRIBLE
Over two weeks ago I contacted CKY Hauling First I was greeted with rude, snide remarks about trash pickup Second zero notification was given when the trash service changed of these new lazy rules I have a garage full of trash due to this And now I am enraged by the service and rudeness I have received and the lies that I have been told I have spoken with multiple people and get no where Sick of this service All I want is my trash picked up

I have an issue with garbage being picked up due to direction of trash can
My garbage was not picked up when set curbside due to direction of canThis happened two weeks in a rowI contacted the company and they said I was notified by a sticker on the canThey also stated that there was no phone number on my accountI asked why I was not contacted via email or post since they were effectively stopping my service over can placementI was told that email typically goes to junk folder, phone calls don't get checked, and letters get lost in mail so flyers and posting to the website is how they communicateI do not see that as viable communicationThey said that they couldn't guarantee pickup this week but that they would try and that the can must face a certain direction or pickup will not happen
Update They did come back and pick up today, however, they did not pickup the bags of overflow that was caused by last week's lack of pickup

Doubling of quoted price for waste hauling and disposal service
In January 2018, their sales manger, ***, quoted a price for a yard roll-off dumpster for the disposal of construction debris In April 2018, after the bid was awarded, he doubled the price
