The manufacture has concluded there are no defects As a one time courtesy to the consumer the manufacture will offer material replacement Also a a one time courtesy McSwain will offer labor replacement The consumer must stay with the same manufacture If they reselect they are responsible for any price upgrades , or we can reorder same material at no cost .11/Mr was provided with this information and he said he would call us back [redacted] ***
