In response to the reply:1) removal of shrubs would be $to $40s moreThis is what I agreed to and was not told man hours cause they were already here is what I was told.2) yes I did ask for some additional work but was never told it would be a whole new job cost and that the price would doubleMoving the wall blocks was not explained to me as free for being a long time customerIf this was the case then why did I pay $to chainsaw medium size shrubs ( of which they told me they would dig out an I told them they could leave them like the other which were not dug out) place the wall blocks and transplant some flowersOn the completion of the job it's hard to talk to the crew foreman when they were gone before I returned home.3) I did not return the call because I felt the letter said enoughWhen the other guy called me I told him what was going on an ask me what I wanted an I said some of my money back cause they were already here for the other job which was clean up weeds, trim shrubs which ended up being cut down, mulch and that cost was $The only solution that was presented was a free aeration and over seed since that was all they would do I agreedThe only thing in the voicemail was to me that *** was concerned with was wether or not I was cancelling all my services.4) I called about caterpillars in my tree an when the guy came to look at the tree he is the one who took the picturesThe facts need to be made clear I did not text the pictures!!! Weeds should not come back after a week and I am not stupid and I know you have to maintain weeds but not a week later.5) when I talked to the owner I explained everything including the mowers who were told to take care of the weeds ( so *** did see the weed problem)They were not the landscapers so they weed whacked they weeds an my hostage an this is how they were told to take care of his mess***'s needs to get his facts straight once againAfter talking to the owner he told me that he would have to talk to his son an the other guy an he would call me back within a couple days an the conversation took place on 7/28/an to this day I have not heard from the ownerNever did I tell him I was pleased with the jobI told him I wanted it cleaned up.How am I pleased with the job when I write a letter and complain, cancel all my services and file a complaintTo me that is a dissatisfied customer.I feel I was totally taken advantage of and have since hired a new company who charged me $to clean up my yard an a week later I have only seen small weeds pop upI just want money back for a poorly done job and to own up to the fact that they way overcharged me for the jobI agreed to the $but never agreed to the $guys at $an hour for less then hours when one guy was only here for bout 6-hours does not add up to $

Afternoon,This reply is regarding the complaint from *** ***The salesmen responsible for this job had an initial job setup for *** *** for trimming of ornamental trees and shrubs, cleaning the landscape beds of weeds and debris, applying herbicide, and a new mulch applicationThe week before
the service was to begin he had spoken to *** *** over the phone at which time she was requesting additional services in the order of removal of a few minor shrubs, and transplanting of various plants, she was informed that for this additional work it would be an additional man hours charged, which she agreed toWhen *** *** was contacted the day of which the work was to begin so the salesmen could meet her and the crewman to review the job she requested additional work above and beyond the already scheduled work and the additionally requested which included moving concrete wall block from one area of the property to another, as *** *** had been a long time customer we agreed this was fine at no additional chargeUpon the salesmen arrival onto the job *** *** again requested additional work which consisted of making three courtyard walls in various areas of the front landscape, after a brief discussion it was agreed that we would do this work as well but it would be charged additionally by the man hourFor reference because of the discussion of man hours there were a total of men onsite for the duration of the projectUpon project completion 5/5/there was no further discussion of the work performed being unsatisfactory and this is following a final walk through with the crew foreman.Our first sign of complaint was with a letter received from *** *** accompanying her payment in full, which indicated that she was disgruntledThat same day the salesmen responsible for the job attempted to reach out to *** *** twice leaving voicemails, but no return phone callThe following day it was requested that her initial contact at the company call *** *** to attempt to resolve the issue, offering a refund or an additional free serviceAfter he spoke with *** *** she informed him that she did not answer the other phone call because she "did not feel like talking to him"Also she did not want a refund for the work completed but that she would never use that particular service at our company again, but that she would accept the free aeration and overseeding work for the fall.Approximately - 1/months later *** *** contacted her initial company contact via text message with pictures of weedsBy no means does the service *** *** requested indicate that weeds will never return, and we indicate to customers ideas for maintaining weeds through the season following a clean upHowever we went ahead and had our lawn maintenance crew who mowed *** *** grass clean up the weeds an additional time at no charge as we wanted to try to please *** *** because we knew she was still unhappy.Approximately month following this she again contacted the office requesting to then speak to the ownerOnce the owner returned her call she discussed what was in her complaint filed, at which time the owner told her that we were willing to do anything within reason to keep her satisfied as a customer and that if we damaged anything while cleaning up the weeds we would be happy to replace itThe end of the conversation ended with no additional request and that she was pleased with the lawn and plant health care, and mowing service but was still not satisfied with the landscape work.Since that time we have not heard anything of the sort that there was any additional problems or that she had reached out to us again wanting a contact back, every contact she requested had been returned immediatelyUntil Tuesday 9/1/*** *** contacted our offices to cancel all services with us stating that she was not happy still and that no one would return her calls, she also requested refund for prepaid services which we took care of immediatelyFollowing that we then see this complaintPlease feel free to contact us at anytime for additional information as we would very much like to have *** *** pleased and conflict resolved.Best,*** ***
