Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint, nor does it match my records For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I spoke to Central Mediation Services regarding the charges ONLY because I had received a threatening phone call, which I have attached the text my phone has recorded I also have the voicemail if there is a way I can send that to you, please let me know I had asked for documentation proof AND mailed a signed return mail dispute letter, which the company has yet to complied The recording is ONLY of the conversation of me agreeing to pay the company AFTER I have received the documentation proof If the company did not record me asking for documentation proof or signed the USPS mail I sent to them, they are illegally pursuing charges they cannot prove and have lied about recording me during the whole conversation, which I believe is also illegal.When I called, I was advised they can send me an email at which I had advised them I will need original documentations As you can see, the email they sent me seems very suspicious and genericThe document does not explain anything except that I agree to pay, which I have called about and have been given the run aroundI have attached their letter AND proof of my email asking them to send me written documentations, which they have still NOT done so to current dateNO letter was received nor mailed to my address I provided to them three times.At this time, as I had advised Central Mediation Services, I will NOT pay nor have I agreed to pay Central Mediation Services until I have received written proof of the charges they are claiming I owe AND reply to my request I mailed them, which I have also attached.Feel free to provide them all this should they ask.Regards, [redacted]

Dear Representative Revdex.com:This will serve as response to complaint ID [redacted] contacted Central Mediation Services on 8/26/16 regarding an outstanding debt with [redacted] **. Ms. [redacted] was informed of the debt and agreed on a recorded line to resolving the matter with...

payment arrangements. There presentative at Central Mediation Services had a very detailed conversation with Ms. [redacted] eliminating any confusion regarding the debt. All recordings have been pulled on this call and at no point whatsoever was the word "Jail" mentioned the whole entire conversation between Ms. [redacted] and the representative.Ms. [redacted] was transferred to a second recorded line where a representative from [redacted] reiterated the payment arrangement that Ms. [redacted] agreed to. Ms. [redacted] once again agreed to all payments and placed her debit card on file and authorized the payments to be automatically drafted on specific dates. Ms. [redacted] was provided Central Mediation Services telephone number [redacted] as well as a verification of debt letter mailed to the address Ms. [redacted] provided. A payment arrangement letter was provided to Ms. [redacted] email address as well. The telephone number for [redacted] was provided on Ms. [redacted] bank statement for each payment. All representatives at [redacted] are available Mon-Fri from 9am to 5pm to provide Central Mediation Services contact information.At no point did Ms. [redacted] contact our office to dispute the payment, request a return of funds or to inform being unaware of what was paid. Please let me know if you need me to provide all recordings aS well as verification of debt, receipts for payments etc. Central Mediation Services will be submitting another hard copy letter via mail for Ms. [redacted].Thank You,Lori [redacted]
