I am rejecting this response because:they are lying though there teeth ,they did not offer me a extended warranty they didnt ev en give me the car facts and I have all phone calls dated an timed,I call them less then 24 hrsafter the 11th and they never test drove it either what a pack of lies..they dump somedr tranny intoit so they knew something was wrong thedy put tranny junk in the 13th of dec ,,and it didnt work troy is a lying AH ALWAYS HAS BEEN

27 point inspection on it. We sold the 2012 Tahoe to [redacted] on Dec 11th, however he test drive the truck on Dec 9th said he love the truck and wanted to buy it. He told us he was waiting on his Insurance check for the truck he just totaled. [redacted] said he would be in on Monday the 11th to pick it up. He paid for the truck, we offered him an extended warranty and he declined it. [redacted] signed the paper work as well as the AS / IS form, and he drove it home, we fallowed him home with his other truck and he gave us a ride back to our office. We didn't hear from him until a few days later, we called him back told him to stop by and we can look at it for him. We drove the Tahoe and didn't notice anything wrong with the truck. He was complaining the truck (shifted) different then his other truck we tried to explain to him, his truck is a 4 speed automatic and the Tahoe was a 6 speed Automatic transmission so it will shift different then he was used to. For reinsurance we then put a bottle of Anti Shudder product from GM into it. We didn't hear back from him, however he posted on facebook bad comments about Central Minn. Auto Sales that were seen by other customers of ours, and still posting bad remarks about us.
