I purchased a Charger from CMM on Jan26th It had some damage to it that I was told and also have a written paper they would repair and that it could take up to weeksthose parts include a radio, front bumper, and both passenger doors, as well as an oil change When I purchased the vehicle I was told I could get a deal if bought as is or they would write a IOU for what needed to be fixed and that's the route I went and have had problems ever sinceI told them I was fine waiting months for the body work but would like a radio as soon as possible as I was about to go on a trip and needed a radio and that was the least hard thing to get When I went to pick up the car I made it less then half a block before the headlights started flashing and the dash lights wet all weirdI would have never made it home safety and went right back to the dealershipThey told me they would repair it and let me know when it was ready to goI asked them then if they could also do the oi

I am rejecting this response because: I last spoke with Mr [redacted] through Facebook messenger on Jan16th to which he told me "Call and talk to my attorney [redacted] at [redacted] & [redacted] in Detroit Lakes" and provided me with the phone numberand then stated "I will not longer be personally talking with you."I called Mr [redacted] and was told to send pictures to Mr [redacted] emailI sent pictures on Jan16th and got a response from Mr [redacted] saying that he got the pictures and would be in contact with Mr***.That was Jan18thToday is Feb21st more then a month has passed since Mr [redacted] acknowledged he received the pictures and I have not heard one thing since then.I was also told by Mr [redacted] on Sept8th through Facebook messenger "we'll need a day to install the parts" now it seems that has changed now to days? I would not want a rental vehicle from they either as the last time they tried giving me a crappy Van with no gas, no heat, windshield wipers that didn't work, and that had died on me when I tried to pull it out of the lotI have a year old and a month old that I wont risk putting in what ever vehicle they would try to "rent" to me.I believe the communication errors have been between Mr [redacted] and his staff as I have done everything I've been asked to do with Zero results.I believe this response is still yet another run around tactic as more and more I'm learning about how their business is ran though a few former employees of his

We purchased our car September 5, Everything with the purchase went fine but we were issued a temporary title since they had yet to receive the duplicate title, they told us we would be able to register the vehicle with the temporary titleThey advised us that they got the wrong temporary tags (days) and if we needed we could come back and get a new one/extensionWe went to go register the vehicle and we were informed that we had to have the duplicate title to be able to register the vehicleSo we started calling them to set up getting new temporary tags, we called everyday for days straight, left messages, talked to the seller and was told he was busy and would call us backWe never received a call back, we finally got ahold of someone days before our temporary tags were going to expire and were given options; 1-go without a vehicle until they could get us the temporary title, because they don't issue extensions on temporary tags or 2- return the vehicle for a refun

Received call back from owner John ***.Mr *** confirms that he did end up needing to have the customer file for both a duplicate title and lien release.Says he mailed the title out earlier this week -- if Mr *** hasn't received it yet, he should receive it shortly

My husband and I bought our ford explorer oct we had it days the dealer had it for a week to fix the rear end got it back that same day I had went miles and could not even go 20mph without it shaking so bad it just about rolled over, the rear end had went out once againThey took it and claim that they fixed it again, now months later the same thing is happening it's dangerous to driveNot only that the heat didn't work we fixed that had to put $In breaks and drums

Received call from John [redacted], owner of Central MN Motors, providing business response to complaint.Mr [redacted] acknowledges that there have been a number of miscommunications and delays surrounding completion of the repair work, due in part to staff turnover. He says when Central MN Motors first agreed...

to perform repairs on the vehicle and documented it in a 'We Owe' agreement, Ms [redacted] was told work might take 3-6 months, and was initially okay with the timeframe.Mr [redacted] indicates that Central MN Motors has had a new Service Manager in place since late summer, and has every intention of completing its obligations to Ms [redacted], as outlined in the 'We Owe' agreement. He says his preference would be to have the work performed by Central MN Motors itself, so that no one is paying "full retail" for the repair work, and so that he / his Service Manager can remain in contact with Ms [redacted] throughout the process and make sure work is being completed to her satisfaction. He says once Ms [redacted] either stops in with the vehicle or provides requested photos so that Central MN Motors can confirm which parts need to be ordered, he believes he can have parts within 1-2 weeks, and have repairs completed within about 3 days. Ms [redacted] will be provided with a loaner vehicle during this time.Mr [redacted] adds that though his preference would be to have Central MN Motors complete repairs, he would be open to having a mutually agreed-upon third party handle repairs -- one that Central MN Motors has some knowledge of / previous business dealings with.
