Review: They won't refund me back my money for fitting or glasses pearle vision refunded me back everything I did there the fitting the eyeglasses this isn't right spending over $200 for nothing that didn't work out I don't care if they did a service they should still give me a refund if nothing worked out with contact lenses or glassesDesired Settlement: Return me my money because I'm done there

[redacted] was first seen in our office by our doctor on December **, 2015. At that time, the doctor performed a comprehensive eye exam, a refraction, and a contact lens evaluation and fitting. [redacted] was charged $59.00 for these services, which he paid. He was also given trial contact lenses at that time. [redacted] was seen in our office by our doctor for FIVE follow-up visits on the following dates: 12/**/15, 12/**/15, 1/*/15, 1/**/16, and 1/**/16. Additional trial contact lenses were dispensed to him at each of those subsequent visits. He was not charged any additional fees for any of these follow-up visits or for the contact lenses. He left a deposit in the amount of $41.00 for eyeglass lenses that he never returned for. We will gladly issue him a refund for that $41.00. [redacted] is not entitled to a refund of the $59.00 that he paid for his comprehensive eye examination, his refraction, or for his contact lens evaluation and fitting. Those services were provided by our doctor as per [redacted]'s request.
