I am rejecting this response because: I was told 35 dollars an hour and it took 3 hours to fix. It did not state nor was I told I would be paying that to every person that touched the door. It was picked up around 8 and they finished at 11 as bob stated in the response. That is 3 hours of work not 5 and a half like he charged me for. I'm very upset that I was not informed that if two guys worked together on this that I would have to pay each of them 35 dollars an hour. If you tell someone 35 dollars an hour, then you charge them 35 dollars an hour weather you have two or ten people working on it, unless told otherwise. I was unaware of this per man fee. It states specificity in the shop 35 dollars an hour not 35 dollars an hour per person doing labor. He could have had four guys working on my door and charged me for all four of them. All I asked was for the hourly charges to be fixed. And next time they do business with someone they let it be known that that 35 dollars an hour is not what it seems, that it is actually 35 dollars per season that touches the garage door.

Revdex.com,As stated in previous letter, no money is due back to the customer. It is clearly posted in the shop of the hourly rates. If I would have only used one guy for the job instead of two the bill would have been a higher amount due to one guy would take more time to complete. Again, I have not been in business for over 45 years by cheating my customers. Thank You, [redacted]
