Ordered a trail subscription to their product and was told that I would have a 14 day trial period. If I wanted to cancel, I would have to do so within 14 days. Ordered the product on 28 November. Received the product in the mail on the 30 November. Was charged full price on 10 December. When I called to cancel after noticing the charges, I was told that the trial period had expired. I think that if you are trying a new product, you should be given 14 days from the day you receive the product. With that said, I should have been able to cancel on 10 December. This company does not live up to the way they advertise their product. So now I have purchased another 30 day supply of their products that I did not want. This is for roughly $170.00. I feel that I called within the 14 day trial date. After calling them they did offer me a 50% refund but would not refund the whole amount. This is predatory marketing.

We recently received your complaint #XXXXXXXX regarding your account. We take complaints very seriously and we hope this response will provide you with additional information. According to our records, we received your order on November 25, 2017.
The terms of the offer that you agreed to at the time of your order clearly state that you were to have a 14 day trial period starting from the date of your order processing in which you could cancel your account to avoid further charges. They also indicate that "you must take affirmative action to avoid further charges or you will be charged in the amount of $89.97 and $84.49 fourteen days from the date of your order processing for the product."
When you ordered the product you also clicked a button indicating that you agreed to the terms of the offer. When a customer clicks that button we must assume that they have actually read what they are agreeing to. If there was any confusion with the terms you could have called our customer service team and they would have been happy to assist you.
Since we did not hear from you during your trial period, you were charged $89.97 and $84.49 when your trial ended.
According to our records the first contact we had requesting the cancellation of your account was on December 11, 2017 when you cancelled with a representative. Your account was immediately cancelled and you have not received any shipments or charges since then.
As a courtesy, the representative provided you with a 50% refund you were refunded $42.24 Trans-ID: XXXXXXXXXX and $44.98 Trans-ID: XXXXXXXXXX. In our effort to provide excellent customer service we issued the remaining amount of $42.25, $44.99 as well as the S&H charges of $5.97 Trans-ID: XXXXXXXXXX and $6.96 Trans-ID: XXXXXXXXXX please allow 3-5 business days to reflect back into your account.
Your account remains canceled and you will not receive any further shipments or charges.
