Hello I see here that work was completed days agoI see we tiled your back yard and also been sealing your driveway for years now I was also informed by customer service that they did speak to your husband todayI seen the pictures you sent usI see your trim above your window is rotten.Yes we do brighten gutters and may I be frank your gutters look pretty bright even with the amount of stains on themI can not remove stains that have set in with a soft chemical washThere is no way to remove deep set in stainsWe also removed all the green mildew that was all over your homeWe can not remove black mold stainsThis is in your sidingThat is the discoloring you are seeing in the pictureWe also do not do direct spray unto gas or electrical outlets due to the danger I could spray directly into your dryer vent but I am guessing you would blame us for mold and water damageThis is why your dryer vent hole was avoidedI am sorry that is not what you wanted but I do not do water damage on customers homesPlease let me assure you we did not blow those few blades of grass out of the air onto your homeSometimes the air carries a few blades with itI can't even see them in the photos.Let me be clear if we used hash chemicals you would have no siding, lawn, or stains left( Due to no siding left.) It states and I quote "We use a soft chemical washWe do not use high pressure on your vinyl siding." "We apply a chemical cleaner, then we go back and rinse it offSome homes do require longer soak times."I am very upset that you are calling my company a fraud! Really! How nasty can you be You were informed of what could be done to help your home and what could not My crew also informed me about you and your neighbor fighting verbally and almost physically while they were theirHad I know they were put in possible danger I would of pulled them off the job a.s.a.p

I reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find the resolution is satisfactory to me.

That is the discoloring you are seeing in the picture.
