I am rejecting this response because: We did the prep that they ask us to do, WE have vacuum cleaner's in our house one up stairs and one down stairsIf there was issues with the prep why not tell us before you treated the property??? WE HAVE HAD ANOTHER COMPANY COME IN AND TREAT OUR HOUSE, THEY HAD NO ISSUES WITH THE PREP THAT WAS DONE! As for then telling us it was $to retreat, that was a complete lieThey told us it would be $If it had been $we would have had them retreat the houseAs for you warranty you website does not state there is a day limit to the warranty?

When doing a treatment for bed bugs, the preparation of the home is crucial to the success of the treatment. They signed a prep list stating that they knew what was required of them. They were not adequately prepped with a very dirty house. They had excuse after excuse as to why they could not clean...

out the closet or clean the house. We treat to the level that the prep allows us to treat.  They did not have a vacuum cleaner to do the necessary steps between treatment. We were never contracted to treat for ants and a chemical treatment for bedbugs is responsible for their ant issue in what way, its their lifestyle that leads to ants . $7600 for a re-treatment is ridiculous ( I believe I told them $99 to come and do another spray). The whole treatment is under $1000, why would I ever want or ask for almost $8000!!? They are upset because their lack of effort in the prep, combined with their lifestyle, led to there still being bed bugs at their residence. I specifically remember this house because of how filthy the bathroom was and because of how much dirt and debris there was in the couch. They contacted me after the 30 day warranty had expired as well, which warranty was voided because of the lack of prep anyway! I request that this be removed from my Revdex.com history.
