Thank you for reaching out to me, so I may respond to the statement We did receive a phone call from her August 4th, 2016; two days after she redeemed the vehiclePlease note that while here she looked at her unit and property and signed off on the paperwork stating everything was goodAt no time did she bring to our attention any of the concerns she is now statingDuring the phone call she stated her registration had gotten wetI said I was sorry and that possibly it happened the way items were carried out to her etcI continued to say that we are not permitted to throw anything away; even when it may be considered trash as it is the customer’s belongingsI myself cleaned out the unit and there were two bags of trash and a cooler with empty beer bottles of which could have possibly leaked onto her papersI do not remember any cd, or sunglasses, and neither of those items are listed on the personal property report As far as the other accusations; we take pictures of the units upon recovery; and there is no damage to her mirrorsThese accusations are unfounded and I cannot respond to those, other than to reiterate that she had the opportunity to look over the vehicle and her belongings while she was here; she did so and signed off stating everything was good As far as what she may have paid; we were contracted to perform a service, and we do not control what those fees areAll I can say is that it was not a tow but a repossessionIf her car was merely towed, I’m sure the fees would have been less [redacted] Manager Central Ohio Recovery Inc

Thank you for reaching out to me, so I may respond to the statement.     We did receive a phone call from her August 4th, 2016; two days after she redeemed the vehicle. Please note that while here she looked at her unit and property and signed off on the paperwork stating everything...

was good. At no time did she bring to our attention any of the concerns she is now stating. During the phone call she stated her registration had gotten wet. I said I was sorry and that possibly it happened the way items were carried out to her etc. I continued to say that we are not permitted to throw anything away; even when it may be considered trash as it is the customer’s belongings. I myself cleaned out the unit and there were two bags of trash and a cooler with empty beer bottles of which could have possibly leaked onto her papers. I do not remember any cd, or sunglasses, and neither of those items are listed on the personal property report.             As far as the other accusations; we take pictures of the units upon recovery; and there is no damage to her mirrors. These accusations are unfounded and I cannot respond to those, other than to reiterate that she had the opportunity to look over the vehicle and her belongings while she was here; she did so and signed off stating everything was good.             As far as what she may have paid; we were contracted to perform a service, and we do not control what those fees are. All I can say is that it was not a tow but a repossession. If her car was merely towed, I’m sure the fees would have been less. [redacted] Manager Central Ohio Recovery Inc.
