Central Oregon Disaster Restoration

I hired them to remove mold from bathroom and closet. Told them what my insurance cap was $3500.00 and not to go over due to I couldn't afford anything over. They tore out my whole closet instead of just damaged area, when I told them not to, they informed me the were at the cap amount, and pulled all their equipment. Stating there was some asbestos vinyl in bathroom and if they removed it would put me over the $3500.00 cap. So I personally removed and disposed it. I proceeded to give them bad rating online and now they sent me a bill for $5056.00. I made mistake off telling them about my disability of brain damage that was caused by a tumor and memory loss. Luckily my care provider heard all my conversations and I write everything down. Now they are trying to get more money than the amount of $3500.00 cap that I instructed not to go over. They did not remove any asbestos from my residence. I feel they are trying to scam myself and my home owners insurance which is ***. My claim # *** my claim adjuster is M. D ph#***. We had a sewage back up in our house over the Holiday weekend. With company coming over Central Oregon Disaster Restoration stayed after hours on a Holiday and made sure we were put back together. They not only removed everything in a clean and efficient manner, but they also worked with our insurance company and got us put back together.

Our business flooded from a broken water line causing major damage. They do half *** work... they dont follow code they are completly lazy OSHA needs to check them out.. they dont properly dispose of things up to code.. dont eat at d and d in bend because they did half *** work there and reopened you could get sick from the mold spores floating around that they didnt dispose of correctly.. id rather go anywhere else than this place..
