I am adamantly rejecting this excuse for refusal of tax preperation by the Cowen Group On their web site; various handouts and printouts, they specifically state that federal and state taxes(50+) would be done for $without any stipulations We are not investment clients, but nowhere in their literature does it state that you have to be in order to get the $tax fee We believe that the advertised price is a contract and not honoring would be dishonest and deceitful We believe in truth and honesty in advertising, so if you don"t mean it, DON"T SAY IT!Addendum: WE made and were given an early apptand two days later we were cancelled....now and forever *** ***
