I am not going to continue with the "he said, she said" game with Mr. [redacted]. The fact of the matter is he was not present at the second install, so he is unaware of any conversations that did take place between myself, my husband and his wife. After the install was complete we stayed and visited with Mrs. [redacted] about her upcoming surgery, her work in the real estate industry and her time working in the medical field. He stated he had no way to communicate with me other than via social media and then goes on to state he saved text messages, which would imply he had my telephone number that he failed to use to alert me of any issues he had been experiencing. He and his wife had my business card, in fact he placed his original order with me from that same number which he now is claiming he didn't have,, if he had truly wanted resolution. As a business owner I have gone above and beyond to make sure that my customers are happy. My very first customer was given a brand new door, at my request, a year later because I have learned so much over this first year and wanted to offer the best product I can. Mr. [redacted]'s attempt to "not be silent" as he put it, has left me with dozens of former customers and new customers sending me messages to apologize for the "vile things he has been saying",regarding my character and to continue with my head held high because I build beautiful, sound doors. In closing, I cannot fix what I am not aware of and if they take it upon themselves to fix it, I am at a loss to what that customer may or may not have done correctly or incorrectly.  My history with my customers has proven that when there is a problem I do my best to resolve it at any cost. It may not be the same day, week, or in some cases even the same month, depending on my work load. No one can please everyone all the time and unfortunately Mr. [redacted] seems to be that person for me.

I am rejecting this response because:The business owner never accepted my phone calls. Voice mail, text and Facebook were the only means of communication. She would respond to voice mail by text or Facebook. The business owner never returned an actual phone call. She chose electronic responses which I have fully documented. Then she blocked me from using these communication methods. The business owner once again failed to address the issues raised of missed appointments and failure to communicate with us to advise of being late or simply missing an appointment. The business owner failed to address the fact that 2 doors were ordered and installation was not done art the same time. I am rejecting this response because:The business owner Tanya provided partial facts and truths in her response. As I stated in my initial complaint, Tanya has problems with communications with her customers and keeping scheduled appointment dates and times. We ordered 2 doors from Tanya. The first door was installed on 7/3/17. According to copies of text and Facebook communications that I retained, the delivery and installation that was promised for 2pm did not happen until 7:30 pm. After being told she was less than 5 miles away it still took 3 hours for her to arrive with the only communications being me asking when she was coming. Then, after installing the first door she said it was too late to install the 2nd door. Come to find out, the 2nd door had not even been made yet. Her vehicle had fishing poles and only 1 door in it. At the time of installation of door #1, we scheduled #2 to be installed 7/5/17 at 8am. Once again, she was a no-show with no communications on her behalf. Finally door #2 was installed on 7/10/17. The installation job was so poor that the slider door would barely slide. Tanya told my wife "We don't have time to get this working any better, you'll have to fix it". After I tightened up all the loose hardware and installed the missing washers on door #1 it turned out that the sliding issue was simply a matter of moving the lower track hardware 3\8 of an inch to allow for proper travel. This is a matter than any professional door installer should have resolved. Tanya's claim that the doors were in working order when installed is rejected.Tanya claimed that I was rude, aggressive and threatening. If you consider asking when the product that you paid for in advance will be installed as rude, aggressive and threatening, I'm guilty. Perhaps if she provided prompt responses to correspondence, I may not have had to keep asking. RThe only threatening that I did was to cancel the order and request a refund when her portion of the sales agreement and scheduling were not kept. She claimed that I did not register a complaint with her within the 30 day warranty period. I was unable to contact her since she blocked my communications with her on Facebook which was our venue for communications. There are 3 other customers that reached out to me expressing similar concerns regarding her lack of communications and failure to install when scheduled. One customer has been waiting over 3 months for installation of their door. Once again, they received no positive response from Tanya until a refund was requested.
Sincerely,
[redacted]

From: Tanya S[redacted] Sent: Wednesday, August 23, 2017 2:58 PMSubject: [redacted]Good afternoon, I am the owner of Central Oregon Rustic Doors,LLC. My name is Tanya S[redacted]. In answer to the complaint #[redacted] from [redacted], it should be known that he received his 2 doors in good working condition...

and I always take pictures of my finished work to show that. I had recently had surgery around the time of his door install, the second door was installed 2 days following abdominal surgery. [redacted] was told he needed to leave the property while we installed because of the nature of his attitude when he corresponded with myself. He is rude, aggressive and threatening. His wife [redacted] indicated the deck of the second doors placement was so badly uneven and poorly built they would be rebuilding it. It was at this time she ordered additional hardware and paid via check. I offer a 30 day warranty for any craftsmanship issues, in [redacted]s case, the notification from the Revdex.com was my first indicator he had an "issue". He has stated in multiple venues he "fixed" these doors himself and it took 2 hours for him to do so and now they need to be refinished. Because of [redacted]s inability to contact me with any problems his warranty is now void  since I do not know what he did to the doors or what condition him "fixing" them was a result of that. Had I been contacted I would have been more than happy to assess the situation and go from there. I have gone back to previous customers and done repairs as needed without ever collecting a dime, because that is good business practices and my customers will confirm that. In conclusion Mr. [redacted] received his doors that were paid for on May 30, 2017 on July 3, 2017 and the second on July 8, 2017. That is just a few days past the 3-4 week estimate he was given even following a major surgery for myself. When he took it upon himself to "fix" whatever it is that he "fixed" he then assumed responsibility for any damage to the doors removing myself for the burden of any needed repairs. This business relationship was satisfied and therefore no additional services will be provided under any certain terms for [redacted] or [redacted].Thank you for your time,Tanya S[redacted]
