I'm not sure whom this individual is I cannot find her in the system. We at Windbury process all application on a timely manner and deposit all monies daily we do not hold any monies in the office that is our policy. There are many times when an applicant is not
approved they will little upset with Management and demand there deposits immediately, and as I explain that our process in refunds may take up to thirty days and this is for all applicants that are deniedThis process is timely if there mailing address is correct on the application they will receive their deposit timelyWe never deny giving our corporate number to any individuals that request any information regarding corporate. Whomever this individual is I would like the opportunity to make things right and refund their depositWe ask that they give us the opportunity to do our job. Windbury Apartment standard policy and procedure are that all monies are deposited on a daily basis therefore if an applicant is denied we proceed with  closed account statement and forward to accounting for immediate processing to the applicants forwarding address...

I am rejecting this response because:It should not have taken maintenance two weeks to fix my A/C. I work all day, however, I have pets that stay in the apartment all day. It is unacceptable that I pay rent on time every month, take care of the apartment to ensure that it stays clean and undamaged just to have management ignore my maintenance requests that should be taken care of immediately. This company makes a lot of false promises and seem to be getting away with it because the majority of the tenants are foreigners who do not speak English. They need to be held responsible for their actions. There are further issues that I have had with the company that I will address with a new complaint through the Revdex.com. I contacted the apartment manager on 5/8/2018 regarding the excessive amounts of garbage and broken glass surrounding the apartment complex. The broken glass was especially concerning to me as I have two dogs and there is a large group of children who play in that area on a daily basis. I sent an email along with multiple pictures and a detailed description of the location of the broken glass. I did not receive a response from the assistant manager until 5/10/2018 simply stating that there are maintenance people who are assigned certain areas of the complex to clean every morning. I responded on the morning of 5/11/2018 after I discovered that all of the broken glass was still exactly where I had first seen it. I again included pictures for the manager. This is now the fourth day of the glass being there when, supposedly, someone is cleaning up every day. The manager sent a response asking where the glass is. I explained for the second time where it is located. This leads me to believe that the manager did not fully read my original message further leading me to believe that the people in charge of this apartment do not really care about their tenants safety.

I am rejecting this response because: The manager knows who I am. He has spoken with my mother, [redacted], and her husband [redacted] on several occasions. They were the other two applicants who applied with me. Since the manager will not provide me with the corporate phone number over the phone, perhaps he will provide it here so I can reach out to them. Multiple times he refused to give us that phone number. In addition, he keeps changing the story about what is needed to get the deposit back. First he said one week and then he said it was in the mail. The last time we spoke with him, he said that we needed to email him our address (which has already been provided and was also listed on the applications) and that he would forward the information to his corporate office. We do not trust this individual to follow through, as every single time he has told us he would call us back or follow up with us, he never has! I want my deposit back so that I never have to contact this company or this individual ever again. He has the address to send the check to and I am requesting a tracking number so that I can verify that the check is in the mail and where it is going and when it will be received.
