Ms. [redacted] is correct that she paid a global fee for prenatal care and delivery. Central Ozarks Medical Center, which is not affiliated with the physician who delivered her baby or the hospital where the delivery occurred, was informed of her request for a refund of a portion of her payment on January 13, 2016. She will receive a refund of all but $800 to cover the cost of her prenatal visits and lab. The refund is being processed, and a check will be mailed to her as soon as possible. We have contacted her to let her know this.

I've contacted the hospital billing office who has noted they have tried to contact Central Ozarks Medical Center with no further resolve about the billing issue. The doctor that delivered my baby was from another unrelated office not another hospital.
