I went to CPRS for Physical Therapy on my shoulder I went for a few sessions and then it occurred to me that I was unsure if my insurance covered the cost completely Before scheduling more sessions I asked the therapist if there was any way that they could check my insurance to see what my out of pocket cost would be She stated that she would check it She came back and said that my insurance covers "unlimited physical therapy" and that I did not have to pay anything out of pocket So I continued to schedule additional therapy sessions I received a bill for over $from CPRS Come to find out, I have to pay my $deductible When I questioned it, they sent me a form from my Primary Care physician that they had on file outlining clearly that my insurance only covered 80%, and they only covered that once my $deductible was met If they had this form on file, why was I not provided with this information when I asked? If the therapist had simply said, "I don't know
