I am rejecting this response because: the account and recap of the events during the, what can only be described as rude, deplorable and unprofessional at best behavior displayed by [redacted] and her company furthers her absolute  denial of what is proper customer service and attempts to lay the blame on the Sacramento County's feet and their inability to have desirable scheduling for contractor clients and the residents they serve as a result. It's also been made very aware to myself and my wife by other former clients of [redacted] and her company that this is chronic and typical behavior and bedside manor she displays often and it's only now that with some determination she is being made to see what the results of continued bad customer service will and can result in. Residents in a home where the roof is being replaced is routine and what is also routine is that these residents have jobs where they are unable to make themselves available at the direction and discretion of the demands by the contractor. The county allows both AM & PN appointment times and logic dictates that if such compromise would have been entertained by [redacted] and her company from the start we wouldn't be disputing her sickening and downright childish and classless behavior here.  Moving into a digital world is something that all businesses young and old like [redacted]'s must do. The unfortunate truth is that u like in the past where behavior like hers and rudeness along with insulting action can be left anonymous and unheard of, social media, access to news feeds, Sites like [redacted] and many more can scuttle  and damage a reputation of even a business that has been around for a long time yet are behaving in the way [redacted] has grossly conducted herself. I encourage [redacted] to ask herself if this is worth the risk of simple information sharing about this terrible experience so that we can help other unknowing residents avoid a horrible and disgusting experience like the one we have endured. Part of the design and goal of the Revdex.com is to help and protect consumers from bad business and abusive practices like [redacted]'s. I would seriously encourage a consideration of the results of not taking responsibility of wrongful treatment of your clients and instead savour what little reputation and good faith you may hold. The community is a small place and it would be tragic to see others suffer through the insults and negativity we had to experience. Yet with the ability of the Internet consumers have a voice and a way of getting the word out about their experiences so as to help others avoid bad ones. Again, our resolution stands. We will expect stipulation or will simply make sure to pursue this under our rights defined in the both the law, consumers rights statues and basic human kindness to others.

Thank you for informing us of this complaint. If we may explain, we installed this roof on May 1, 2015, dueto new County requirements for smoke detectors and carbon monoxide detectors that needed to be installedwe had to wait to get a Roof final from the County of Sacramento building department. On...

June 16, [redacted] contacted the owner [redacted] and let her know that we needed a final inspection and that shewould contact tenant [redacted] Deibels to coordinate day and time. [redacted] made contact with [redacted]and she requested Friday, 6/19 but afternoon inspection. Please note: A request for an am or pminspection does not mean that County Building Department will accommodate your request. So [redacted] did aonline request for inspection to take place on Friday, 6/19 and requested an PM inspection. [redacted] called theinspector [redacted] (County of Sacramento) on Friday, 6/19 at 8:30 am to see what time the inspectionwould take place and he said that it was going to happen at 9:00 am, she informed him that they requesteda afternoon inspection and he said that he could not accommodate that request, since they make theirschedule on a route and that would be at 9:00 am. [redacted] was aware that this would not work for theDeibels cancelled that inspection. [redacted] did call [redacted] and made her aware of the countiesrequest and she said it would not work, she needed a pm inspection. This is the complaint that I called 15minutes before inspection. Please note: [redacted] works for Central Pacific Roofing and we are dealing with theSacramento County Building Department which in no way works for us. [redacted] then asked her to please lether know which day we could schedule another inspection. [redacted] said that they would make it worknext week and she would give [redacted] another day. [redacted] called on Tuesday, 7/23 and said toset up another inspection for Thursday, 7/25 and request pm but if not, they would make it work in themorning. [redacted] requested an on-line request for a pm inspection and on Thursday, 6/25 she made contactwith the inspector [redacted] and he told [redacted] that he could only come between 8-10 am, since thiswas his route and could not accommodate a pm inspection. [redacted] called [redacted] and let her know thatthe inspector said between 8-10 am since [redacted] has no control of the County of Sacramento scheduling so[redacted] said she would let her husband know the time frame. Mr. [redacted] thought the inspection was for9 am ([redacted] could no way say a time since she was the third party not the inspector). When the inspector[redacted] showed up at 9:55 am, Mr. [redacted] used vulgarity and through him off his property. Mr.[redacted] made note of Mr. [redacted] conduct and called his supervisor at the county buildingdepartment. Mr. [redacted] continued his rampage and called our office leaving threating messages against[redacted]. [redacted] who also works for us answered on call and he continued to cuss her out with f words andthreating us. When [redacted] arrived back in office, she called the inspector to see what happened and he saidMr. [redacted] was irate and he was thrown off property so inspection could not occur. [redacted] then called[redacted] who has been the only contact person, she was very upset with situation because [redacted]said that her husband used many profanities at our office and left threating messages. [redacted] claimedthat [redacted] had told her the inspection was at 9:00 am, which [redacted] could not determine that since she wasnot the inspector but told her the inspector said 8-10 am. She was very rude and stated that we live in theUnited States and she could not believe that the county would not accommodate an afternooninspection. [redacted] stated that they make their own schedule and that most homeowners will accommodatethe inspectors timeframe and perhaps since they were not the homeowner is why they did not understandthat as a homeowners if we want our inspection to be finalized we would accommodate the inspector. Mr.[redacted] continued to call and leave messages about lawsuits and defaming our reputation, which is what heis trying to do with this complaint. We had no contact with the tenants only on this request for permit finalbecause inspector needed access into home for the smoke detectors and carbon monoxide detectors. [redacted]also tried to set this up with homeowner but she wanted us to do this through the tenants. [redacted] in no wayacted in an unprofessional way but was not even allowed to talk when Mr. [redacted] called. [redacted] evenasked Mr. [redacted] what can I do to make this right and he was not cooperative in this either. [redacted]'s lastconversation with [redacted] was to let her make her own inspection. [redacted] contacted [redacted] andlet her know what had developed and she to requested to let them make their own inspection. Mr. [redacted]also made a phone call to me and complained that [redacted] was rude and uncooperative and unprofessionaland I stated he could assure him that that is not her personality and that her professionalism has beenshown to all our satisfied clients. He continued to threaten with lawsuits and using social media to ruin ourreputation. The [redacted] had the inspector come the next day in the morning to finalize the permit. [redacted]called [redacted] and asked her to THANK Mr. and Mrs. [redacted] for handling this. As far as being paid,we were paid for this job on 5/11/2015 and did not need this inspection for payment but it is required toclose our books on the work performed. So Mr. [redacted] complaint that we needed to get paid is not withinreason. On all cases we do not received money until the customer is completely satisfied in which we werepaid because of completion of job and customer service. This is the second project we have done forcustomer and have been paid for all our work. His complaint has nothing to do with our workmanship orpayment. As you know from our reputation with Revdex.com, we have always respectfully treated all our clients ina professional manner and Mr. [redacted] has no cause for his complaint. This is most unfortunate that this occurred because of the scheduling a Final inspection with the County ofSacramento in which we have no control over. We have done everything to accommodate them but wecould not answer for the County of Sacramento Building Department. His complaint should be towardsthem. We hope that this clears up the matter of complaint. Thank you for your time.Sincerely,[redacted]

Review: rent a home while my wife attends Grad School b 4 moving to NYC or LA. Landlord had our roof replaced as SOP & maintenance. CPR ( Central Pacific Roofing) had performed the Replacement & we had kindly made ourselves avail for their needs during the process & to be spec'd for code carification and other SOP for the county. No big deal. However when first contact about this needed review in person. [redacted], the co owner and 100% shameful bedside mannered admin at Central Pacific Roofing decided she wanted it done right away and without our knowledge notified us literally 15 min b 4 9am Informing us Code inspectors would b arriving & 2 be ready. " Pardon me? my wife replied? That is simply unprofessional and completely out of line to assume any home owner & or resident will jump because u say so, 15 min B 4 you have arbitrarily decided to have the inspector show up.!" ( Keep in mind my wife works 430am to 1pm m-f and myself( husband)works @ night from alrox 3pm to 5am 5/6 nights/wk. 9am is a tough window to accommodate as we explained that we are sure that many residents have similar issues and afternoon scheduling is avail alternatively. She refused flat out. On the 2nd attempt they insisted that morning is the ONLY option and NO other. Not negotiable. [redacted] rudely exclaimed to us, "YOU have to accommodate!" Begrudgenly we agreed and tried again, only this time 2 them no show until 955am when 9am was what was scheduled by [redacted] & CPR. I [redacted] them sternly they'd have to make concessions for any further attempts for an afternoon spot. Ms [redacted] then told my wife that since we are " only just renters and don't own the home, we are not entitled nor given such courtesy and that she will schedule what Centrak Pacific needs & let us know." Appalled at such language & disrespect & renter/consumer rights, we later discovered the fast tracking of the inspection was because CPR cannot b paid until passing inspection. It was painfully obvious only MONEY mattered and not our time or customer serviceDesired Settlement: Full apology to both myself and my wife in written form mailed to our residence as well as posted on social media outlining their disgracefull handling of not only customer service as well as their obvious greed to hurry and get paid no matter how it affects the people living in the home they are performing service. After speaking to the home owner she was Taken a back & in 100% agreement that Central Pacific Roofing and especially Ms [redacted] behavior of us was nothing more than deplorable & sad.
