[redacted] September 25, OCT - Dear [redacted] Thank you for your offer to participate in reaching a resolution regarding a concern of Ms [redacted] and my business, The Central Park Motel(Reference [redacted] ) Mr [redacted] whom you addressed the correspondence to, has not owned the motel since The date of her concern was 9/9/ and from what I can discern from her letter, she was upset that she was told they were not able to continue their stay at the motel past their check-out date because there was another reservation for the room She also expressed dissatisfaction with the cleaning schedule and not getting clean linens for her son's bed in a timely manner.Rental of a motel room is transitory by definition and rooms are not "promised" beyond the rental agreement without a reservation secured by a credit card [redacted] and Mr [redacted] paid for and rented the room by the weekMr [redacted] continued to rent the room by the week until 9/20/and then rented it for one nightThey were offered to convert the rental to a weekly by the next day if they secured it with a payment by pm They did not call or come in by that time so the room was opened up to reservation.Mr [redacted] had rented for a few weeks so he was aware that the cleaning schedule was for cleaning and linens to get changed once a week for the special weekly rateFresh towels and additional cleaning were available whenever requestedChanging the son's linens was problematic because the son was sleeping in the bed during the day every time they went to change it.I did not witness any conversations as [redacted] relates them ("painful wink, winks" and all) and in fact [redacted] never came in the office with Mr***As for the plumbing issue, they were never "yelled at" but informed that the sanitary wipes they were flushing down the toilet were incompatible with the plumbing and not to dispose of them this way.At no time have the caretakers been "drunk" on dutyI am there on a daily basis and at varying times and this is a ridiculous accusationTo print this on the internet would be slanderous.We do wish Mr [redacted] and [redacted] continued health with their new clinic assignment and relocation
