cancellation was received.  In June of 2015 Mr. [redacted] cancelled his membership, but continued to use the facility.  In October I confronted Mr. [redacted] regarding his membership and he had stated that he was going to move in June but had decided not to but would be moving in November.  I then told him I would reinstate his membership but he would need to pay for the month's he had been using the membership but not paying for.  He then stated he would be moving in November so I had him complete the paperwork to cancel his membership in November.  He then told me he had left his American Express in the car and would come back and bring it in to me and never returned.  Mr. [redacted] American Express was already on file and he had already agreed to payment both verbally and through his signed agreement so he was charged for the month's he was responsible for.Sincerely,[redacted]
