Review: I parked in the [redacted] "garage" for 5 months with a storage rate, meaning you only drive on weekends or else you pay an extra fee to pick up, drop off. I was wondering why my car was so dirty all the time. Once during the end of February, I came to get it and it was completely covered with snow and the guy was trying to sheepishly brush it off and walk away. I asked how this could be if it was parked inside. The guy just ignored me. Only when he realized I wouldn't leave until he addressed the question, he admitted they had been parking outside all along. I filed a complaint with Amex and got my money back for the last month which was $200. But I couldn't get a refund for the other $800 that I had spent the four months before.Desired Settlement: I would like the $800 I paid to park inside a garage for Oct. 2013-Jan 2014 to be refunded.

Review: In the beginning of November, I noticed on my credit card statement that Central Parking had billed me $375 for the month of November. Initially I thought this charge was a mistake, and reached out to the company via phone calls, voice mails, and the website's messaging system throughout the beginning of November to correct the billing error.

After more than two weeks, I finally was able to reach someone within the company as to why I was charged $375, as opposed to my normal charge of $117.19. I was surprised to learn that my monthly fee for parking was changed without warning (the e-mail I received that month looked exactly the same as the e-mail I ad received in previous months, and I was never alerted that my parking price would be increased). I was also then informed, that since I had parked in the lot while trying to clear up what I thought was a billing error that I would be charged $375 for the month of November.

Upon learning this, I immediately cancelled my monthly parking with the company. I was dismayed to learn that the company representative I was speaking with was unwilling to help solve this error, even though I was willing to immediately remove my car from the lot upon learning about the intended pricing change. I even offered to pay my normal parking fee of $117.19 for the month in order to end the dispute, but was rebuffed.

Since I have automatic bill payment setup (and therefore had already paid the $375), the billing dispute was turned over to my credit card company. My credit card company did not find me responsible for this billing dispute and awarded me the difference between what I thought was my monthly payment, $117.19, and the billed amount, $375 (a difference of ~$257).

I was dismayed to learn last week, that the company has now re-billed me for the amount awarded to me by my credit card company on this dispute (after we had both submitted our account of the events). I have since repeatedly tried to speak with the accounts receivable team and have reached out the [redacted] as well, but have received no response.

I feel that I have made significant effort to resolve the problem, but the company has repeatedly failed to respond to my inquiries or shown any interest in resolving the dispute.Desired Settlement: I want the Company to remove the $257 charge and apologize for their actions throughout this process.
