disputes When a person contacts our Customer Care Department regarding a violation, they automatically copy me on the e-mail and any attachments I have received nothing from this person I can't make an informed decision unless I have all the facts I don't know what he is talking about when he says he received a numbered voucher I would need to know what kind of voucher and who it came from

I will need more information and a copy of the violation in order to research.

I am sorry for an issues experienced by this customer while trying to contact us.  I have not heard that it is this difficult from anyone else.  I went online and had no trouble pulling up accounts.  The cancellation also could have been mailed either to the local or the Corp office....

  The Corp address is on all the invoices and the local office could be found online or in the telephone book.  This person agreed to our online terms and conditions which I have attached.  We require a 30 day written notice of termination.  I will waive that in this case. The account has already been cancelled by someone as of 12/31/16.  I will write off the 190.00 balance.

If Mr. [redacted] will send me his parking receipts proving that he paid on these days I will be glad to void the violations.  We take pictures of the vehicles and the dashboards when we issue a ticket so that we can show the customer there was no ticket displayed or in this case, the ticket was...

turned upside down.  There is no way the angle of the photo distorted the truck not fitting in the parking space.  The picture shows he was clearly sticking out in the drive lane.  The pictures are attached.  Our parking auditors are very professional and do not issue bogus tickets.
