I was very skeptical of Central Payment WI at firstEspecially since they were asking for a year contractBut I have to say that they have lived up to everything they have promised me and moreI am saving quite a bit over previous payment processors I have usedI am a small dog grooming business, and I can't afford a ton in credit transaction fees, and cpaywi is definitely saving me moneyWhen I had trouble with some equipment, my sales rep took care of it almost over night and got me a brand new terminalMy old vendor raked me over the coals for equipmentAlso previous vendors have made the PCI compliance almost impossible to navigate, with scan results that are inconsistent and difficult at best to make sense ofThe site that cpaywi uses is a piece of cake to use,and navigatePCI compliance was the reason I started shopping around (again) in the first place, so having that headache off my plate is a gift

When I answered my business phone, I was greeted with a recorded message(sigh) But they said if I wanted to cut out the middle man processing credit cards, press (OK) I was connected with [redacted] who patiently explained to me the differences between Central Payment WI and my then-current merchant service account Because we are a very small company, I "knew" there would be a problem with small transactions.He then had me tell him only the number of transactions and the total dollar amount of my charges from my last statement [redacted] said his charge/fee was $28, my statement charge/fee was $ He had my attentionI used them for weeks, so I could see if the fees would really be as low as promised (they were!) before I terminated my old merchant service company, who charged me a $early termination penaltySo the final test was would they really reimburse me the $they had promisedhrsafter I provided them a copy of my bank statement showing the $deduction, $was deposited to my account! During my week "trial", I called with questions and got through immediately to Customer ServiceI called [redacted] a couple of times with questions and he always either answered his phone or returned my calls in a timely mannerSince we started our business, I have switched merchant service companies twice before I believe that I have finally found a company that understands the concept of GREAT customer service and has a company commitment of fair play with it's customers

A friend of mine told me of this business and forwarded me an email they received from them The email claims they are A+ rated with the Revdex.com, have an A rating with cardpaymentoptions.com, and hold awards from Ethisphere.com being a TSYS partner I attempted to seek a rate guarantee since they say the rates are guaranteed They not only stated they don't have one, but said it's on the application When I requested one, they fought me on providing a blank one so I may review it When speaking with them further, the rep started to raise his voice at me and yell at me about proving my business before they release anything to me How am I suppose to trust this processor, when all they do is paint a picture of lies They are NOT Revdex.com Accredited; http://www.Revdex.com.org/wisconsin/business-reviews/credit-card-processing-serv... They are not A rated on cardpaymentoptions.com as stated at https://www.cardpaymentoptions.com/credit-card-processors/central-payment-corpor... The awards on ethisphere are for TSYS, not Central Payment WI LIES, LIES, LIES!

The customer here signed up in June, received our equipment in June and called in at the end of June to run test transaction never Once were we made aware they did not want our machine, Further this machine we provided was provided for free with zero contract or commitment and no set up or... application fees, beyond that he continued to us this machine for 6 months or more. As far as the PCI compliance goes, the merchant I aware he needs to take the survey as he called in 9/22/15 asking about becoming Compliant to avoid these fees to this date the still has not taken the annual survey for Compliance and as such we are not able to at a this time refund any funds, once the merchant takes survey we will be able to provide him with the potential to refund some if not all of these fees, as far a s a shipping label I conceded if he calls us we will provide one of course a see do with all of our customers, further if the merchant requires supplies a simple call to us and we will ship out paper for his terminal free of charge as we always do, I believe since the rep who helped this client no longer works ere that is where some of the confusion is set in however if the merchant reaches out we will assist, [redacted] . All of the compliance terms were laid out in his contract which the BBB can receive(with request) a copy of as we do not want to upload personal info of the client, as well as all pricing and fees, there was zero discrepancy here. I hope we can resolve all of this.

The sells people of Central Payment WI are very unreliable! They repeatedly provided wrong information to me on the phone and in written and took the application fee. After finding their cheating very soon I canceled the account and asked to return the application fee but was rejected by their customer service. They tried to use this way to make some money. Shame of their nonprofessional performance! Be very careful to deal with this company.

I used them for 6 weeks, so I could see if the fees would really be as low as promised (they were!) before I terminated my old merchant service company, who charged me a $525 early termination penalty. So the final test was would they really reimburse me the $495 they had promised. 24 hrs. after I provided them a copy of my bank statement showing the $525 deduction, $495 was deposited to my account! During my 6 week "trial", I called with questions and got through immediately to Customer Service. I called [redacted] a couple of times with questions and he always either answered his phone or returned my calls in a timely manner. Since we started our business, I have switched merchant service companies twice before. I believe that I have finally found a company that understands the concept of GREAT customer service and has a company commitment of fair play with it's customers.
