reached out to us to renegotiate a fair and reasonable fee, As stated in the attached detailed invoice, we have already revised our pricing from $1,to $1,to accommodate her request of lowering the priceAs you can see, our original amount was $1,We invoiced *** *** only $1,on 01/05/*** *** emailed us on 01/12/requesting us to review the invoice with concerns that the invoice was not correctThe invoice was correct, but we gave her an additional $discount since she knew one of our office staffSo we tried to accommodate her to the best of our ability, therefore, on 01/12/15, we re-invoiced her $1,This came to a total reduction of $off the original amount*** *** stated that we came down slightly on the billWe feel that we have a fairly larger reduction of approximately a 22% discountWe have been more than fair to *** ***She counter offered with an offer of $1,which is unreasonable for all the work we have done to the property located at *** *** *** *** *** **.To date, we have not received payment for the services done at *** *** *** *** *** **, except for the boiler cleaning, which is stated on the detailed invoiceThis invoice is now over days past dueAfter all payments and discounts, the balance due on February 05,was $1,The revised invoice was sent to her on 01/14/Our terms are net If after days they are automatically sent to collections, which are stated at the bottom of our invoices (see attached)As of today, we have not sent her account to collections as we were trying to resolve this issue with *** ***We are expecting *** *** to pay us in full for the fair, honest work that we have performed in her home in the amount of $1,We would like to have full payment and this issue settled within the next days from the date of the letterIf not, we will be forced to take further, reasonable actionWe understand *** does not understand all the work we have put into the homeHopefully this detailed invoice will help her to fully understand the time and money spent to get her home in working conditionSincerely,
