Review: I paid up front for services performed on 7/1, 7/3. Per my insurance company, [redacted], a reimbursement check was mailed to this business because they submitted a claim that they had not been paid for services. My ins company told me this was the business' mistake. This business reassured me (when I paid up front) that if they should receive a reimbursement check they would cut me a check for the full amount.

[redacted] informed me today, when I called to ask why it was taking so long, that a check was sent to this business dated for 9/11/1013. I immediately called the business who offered to call [redacted] to clear things up. I received a call back from the business who admitted the check was received and cashed by them because the check did not indicate my name. Had I not called, this business would have accepted the check (without confirming what the check was for) and I never would have seen a dime of it.

My issues:

*with a date of service of 7/1, 7/3 this business did not submit a reimbursement claim for me in a reasonable amount of time- [redacted] can confirm that they didn't receive a claim until a month later. It is now October.

*They collected and retained monies belonging to me.Desired Settlement: I would like them to also apologize for their error. I wish to receive my money THIS week and no later. I complied with their policy to pay up front so I only think it is fair that they pay me back ASAP.
