Review: Exterminator arrived late and asked me to vacate the premises immediately since he had to start spraying and was late to another appointment. I explained that I would need only 5 minutes to vacate and not to start spraying beforehand, since I had my dog with me and we did not want to be exposed to the chemicals. As I am packing my things in another room, 2 minutes later he has the chemicals out and says I'm going to start regardless of you and your dogs presence, and if not, I'm leaving. I said well since I'm still standing here, no you cannot start this second. He barged out of the house. I spent hours prepping my house for this appointment and the company owner and his worker left because they could not start that very second. My pest situation remains unresolved and my home a mess for no good reason. They should come back and finish the job they set out to do.Desired Settlement: Return to property ASAP and complete the job. A 5 minute wait should not result in loss of services.

further actions will be taken by Central Pest Control to resolve this complaint
because the complaint is false. We will not return to this property because the
complainant cannot be trusted.
Below are the facts of what occurred:
The service call came in from the father of the complainant who is also the
owner of the building. Bed bugs were reported in two apartments; on Monday,
August **, 2015 we inspected and found bb in front apartment which is occupied
by elderly woman. As per the occupant’s schedule, the front apartment needed to
be treated at 12 PM and was completed as such. The owner and occupant were
satisfied with the service.
The back apartment is occupied by the property owner’s son who said that
service can only be done on Friday, August **, 2015 at 6:00 PM. We agreed to
the service and asked that he be prepared for 6:00 PM because the technician
has family commitments on that day and cannot work past 7:30 PM. The occupant
was provided with a pre-treatment instruction checklist to ensure his
understanding of what was needed by him for the treatment to be successful.
On Friday 8/**, we arrived at 5:55 PM. Apartment was ready to be treated, all
necessary actions were completed by the occupant, however when asked to leave
so we can begin he stated that he had “just a few more things to do”. As time
passed it was clear he was being difficult and not planning to leave anytime
soon. The more we asked him to leave, the slower he would move about the
apartment and often he was simply standing around in the kitchen.
• We asked the occupant if he would leave on no less than 4 instances, and he
even stated to me that the more we asked the longer he would stay because “we
cannot start anything with him there and we had no choice”.
• The father was clearly upset by the son’s actions and there were several
times where the son was arguing with the father in Russian as the father was
urging him to leave. At one point, the father asked us to wait outside the
building, he closed the door and they continued to argue as we can hear through
the door.
• Now it’s about 6:40 PM and they exit the apartment. The father stated to the
son in English, “[redacted]”. The son replied no, and walked
out the door to his car. At which the father yelled, “[redacted]”.
• The father apologized for his son’s actions, no money was exchanged for the
treatment in the back apartment.
• At Friday 8/**/15 at 9:00 PM we received a disturbing phone call from the son
threatening that I have to go back to his apartment “right now” otherwise he
was going to file a complaint with the Revdex.com. He even stated
at that time that he was going to lie that we were late and that that we were
starting to spray chemicals with him in the apartment.
