They didn't tell me the truth. Never was I given an option. Dr. [redacted] wouldn't return my call. My dog has a severe infection due to THEIR neglect.
Per AKC recommendation I took my Dog to CPC. She was supposed of of had surgery first thing Monday morning. She ended up having surgery at 3 pm that day. Nobody told me anything about the time frame change. They didn't give me an option of LASER surgery or conventional surgery. I was told the incision would be much smaller, less invasive, less healing time to my dog. The incision is 3 1/2 inches long. She's had an infection when I picked her up on Friday. She was very ill due to the medications from surgery. I requested Dr. [redacted] call me. I still haven't heard from Dr. [redacted]. I ended up calling my vet, Dr. [redacted] at Main Street Pet Care on Sunday. Her incision was Bleeding and swollen still yet. He stated she has an infection so he gave her an antibiotic injection and gave me some amoxicillin for her to take twice a day for the next two weeks. He said if my dog isn't better by Thursday evening to brin her in on Friday and they'd have to go in and reopen her and find out what's going on.
She's still swollen and not doing good.
