Central Plaza Hotel Cheyenne

This hotel was by far the most disgusting place I have ever booked a room atWe drove up from Colorado to stay a night for Cheyenne Frontier DaysI booked this online and from the pics online it doesn't look like a bad placeIt looks NOTHING like the online pics (advertising in my opion) Once we arrived we had a problem finding a parking spotWhen I walked into the lobby it smelled horrible! The lobby was dark and it appeared that the owners (Arab descent) of the place had their whole family living in the lobbyThe owner will stand there and question your every moveIntimidation was not what I wanted on my vacationThis is an outside entrance hotel but the owners have blocked off all the outside stairwell entrances so you have to walk through the lobby to get to your room! This is so they can monitor your every move! I honestly felt like I was in a different country! Needless to say we ended up driving back home after the concert because we were terrified of getting bed bugs or liceSo we were out $as they would not refund our moneyTo me not getting bed bugs or lice was worth losing the $THEY ALSO DEBITED MY CHECKING ACOUNT FOR AN $CHARGE THAT I DID NOT AUTHORIZETHEY WILL BE SEEING ME IN COURT! I will NEVER EVER step foot in this place again and I suggest others don't either! YUCK!

Intimidation was not what I wanted on my vacation. To me not getting bed bugs or lice was worth losing the $200.00. THEY ALSO DEBITED MY CHECKING ACOUNT FOR AN $85.00 CHARGE THAT I DID NOT AUTHORIZE. THEY WILL BE SEEING ME IN COURT! I will NEVER EVER step foot in this place again and I suggest others don't either! YUCK!
