We have [redacted] ’s compliant through Revdex.com dated We received it through the US mail on Here is the latest info on the compliant [redacted] left a message for our sales person, [redacted] on Wednesday, [redacted] was not in on Thursday, and spoke to [redacted] on Friday, It is our policy to have the customer speak directly to their sales person, since they would be the most familiar with the original orderThey discussed the problem with his vanityWe contacted our vendor, [redacted] , and they agreed to replace [redacted] ’s vanity as quickly as possible [redacted] called him back on Monday, to let him know what would be happeningHe was told that we could handle the transaction different ways, based on his ability to remove the original vanity from his bathroom 1.) he could remove the vanity and exchange it at no charge at or showroom in [redacted] or 2.) We could deliver the replacement vanity to him, charge him for the replacement and then credit him back for the defective vanity when he returns it to us Central Plumbing Specialties/Grande central Showrooms values [redacted] ’s businessWe are as upset about the defective vanity as much as he isOur vendor will communicate to us what may have happened and if the discoloration was a result in chemical use or cosmetic use how to avoid the occurrence from happening again We stand behind the products that we sell and in are bound by the manufactures warrantyWe do not manufacture any of the products that we sellWe only ask that our customers give us ample time to review the problem and do whatever is necessary to resolve itUnfortunately, as much as everyone would like immediate gratification, some issues need a little bit of time to resolve When [redacted] made his first call and the time it took [redacted] to call him with the resolution was business daysWe deem that to be reasonableOur continues to grow through customer satisfactionWe do hope that [redacted] is happy with resolution to his issue Yours truly, [redacted]
