There are still companies that make the effort and go the extra mile We had a leak in the roof of rental property and I called three local companies for quotes to repair the damage Within the week I heard back from them In the interim it rained again and water damage resulted to the ceiling I remember talking with a gentleman shopper at Lowe's last year who stated he worked for Solid Rock Roofing He stated that if I ever need a roof remember them I did and am I ever glad I called them late on a Friday afternoon They were there the next morning, in the rain, and checked out the situation I stopped by the house later Saturday afternoon and noticed a patch had been placed over the damaged area to stop the leak The other three companies did not take the slight amount of time to do this (That is going the extra mile) Needless to say they got the job at a quoted price in the middle of the other three The new roof looks great (dimensional shingles vs 3-tab quoted by others); the attention to detail was appreciated; the cleanup was fantastic and the workman ship was excellent I would not hesitate in recommending Solid Rock Roofing to anyone looking for top quality workmanship
