As far as the issue with the carpet removal, you were only charged for the disposal of the living room carpet only. No additional rooms were discussed or charged to your order. The installers were not expecting to take up any carpet in other areas of your home besides the area that you purchased carpet for, that may be the reason why the installers were perplexed when you suggested they remove the other area of carpet. There would have been additional charges for removing the carpet for the other areas if discussed. Greg, our installation manager, as a courtesy took it upon himself to make the decision to removed the carpet for the other areas at no charge. You also spoke with Joshua two weeks ago and agreed to pay the amount of $453.50 ($553.50 minus the $100 discount). You asked if you could have an additional week to come up with the remainder balance of the bill which Joshua agreed to. He called you to collect the balance that you had promised to pay a few days after the week had passed, and no payment was received, and no call was made by you to reschedule a payment option. You informed him that you were filing a complaint with the Revdex.com instead of making the payment you agreed to. Carpet Town hopes to rectify your complaint about the metal door strips by reimbursing you $68, which would be the cost of our labor and metal strips.
