I have been renting from Central Property Management Since Jan and so far they are greatKat is awesome and very warm at heartShe answers my questions in a timely manner and is very understandableMy emails are responded in a timely manner and so far I am very happy in my rental home I did have some a/c issues but every time they addressed the issues and even got the house a new a/c unitI have kids and we are very happy at the houseThank you Central Property Management and Kat for helping me

They have managed houses for me for a number of yearsIn the last two years their service has gotten very badThey don't follow my directions on how to handle the propertiesThey don't check to make sure they get signed leases back from tenantsThey make repairs without getting my okayThey allow tenants who are past due to make small payments over a year to catch up even though I have asked them to evict for non paymentRepeated requests for copies of signed leases go unanswered making me wonder if I am receiving all the rent they are collecting from the tenantDO NOT USE THEM TO MANAGE YOUR PROPERTY!
