Patient presented May 1 2015 with dentures approximately 3 years old. She was not happy with fit, or, esthetics. She was presented with denture options available, (we offer 4 different options) including costs, and after care if available. All...

of this information was given verbally, along with a printout describing each option. Patient chose the better plus denture that comes with a three year warranty against chipping and breaking. It specifically states it does not cover any post op care, including adjustments. We do offer a basic care package for 60 days of post op care that includes routine post-delivery care, all office visits, or any treatment determined by the doctor. Patient chose not to purchase the care package at the time of delivery. She did call and ask to speak with an assistant regarding care package. Return calls were attempted to no avail. We were unaware of her unhappiness until contacted by Revdex.com. We have been in business for 35 plus years because we value our patients. We appreciate this patient allowing us to serve her dental needs, and regret she felt the need to contact Revdex.com without allowing us to alleviate any post-delivery concerns. Her chief complaint is a monetary issue, not the product itself. Dr. [redacted] is willing to see the patient at no cost to her to evaluate the dentures, and provide 1 free adjustment. To clear up any confusion, the care package can be discussed at length for any future visits during the evaluation.

I need my dentures fixed..I do NOT agree with their response!! I received 1 call, I told the receptionist I was NOT happy. If they would have taken care of this issue when I called I wouldn't have had to complain!! They had the opportunity to make things right. I also WAS told I could come back within 30 days free of charge. It is not a monetary issue it is because my dentures didn't fit in the first place!!! After paying that much money I am not stupid if I was told I needed to purchase a [redacted] charge I would have paid it up front
