They aren't as knowledgeable about the equipment as they should beI have had them out to the house more than times for the refrigerator we have, in the last three years, and it has never stayed functional for longEvery time it appears to be the same symptoms but they diagnose a different problem, every timeThey give me excuses and vaguely worded explanations about why they couldn't find this (new) problem when they investigated the first timeThey have even gone so far as to tell me, before they return out to my house, that the problems are not connected or related and that there will be subsequent chargesThey have charged me exorbitant prices EVERY timeThe parts and labor costs are always there even though it seems to me that they shouldn't be charging me if they haven't actually repaired it
