We have a signed agreement signed by both parties 7/28/to reduce the amount due to $76,572.00, waive interest to date, lower scuppers, provide Manufacture warranty and provide free downspout extentions to be installed by ownerThe agreement was that Mr*** was to send $70,by 8/3/16, we would do the above work and he would send the remaining $All work as per the agreement has been completed except providing the downspout extentions but NO payment have been recievedMr *** hired *** *** who issued a report, we preformed most of the recommended repairs on that report and cleaned tree and other debris from roof, although not required by contract or Roofing maufacture as a good faith effort and still No paymentMr *** now new offer to settle is rejected, we porposed a middle ground but was rejected by MrWennent and is now with drawn

The contract calls for a manufactures warranty to include labor and material. The roof was reviewed twice by [redacted] all issues have been addressed and a 10 ten year warranty has been issued.The warranty states that ponding water is not recommended but is still acceptable based on the pracitcality of having all water totally drain off a roof. I reviewed the wording of the warranty with Mr [redacted] that that does not void his warranty.The warranty does not become valid untill roof is paid for, to date NO payment has been made.

during the reroof project wet or deterated wood decking was replaced on a per sq ft price as per the contract, several units had considerable water damage with mold, the claim is during the recontruction process after the new roof was installed there was still some mold on the existing wood deck visable from the underside.It was explained to Mr. [redacted] that first we are not nor claim to be a mold abatement company, we can only see the top side of the deck and those sheets were replaced.
To date we have not recieved 1 promised payment from Mr [redacted], Last I have been in contact with Mr [redacted] and we are hopefully very close to reaching a final settlement.
