I am rejecting this response because:
Although your staff has made numerous countless mistakes and y'all have shown little to no respect or care to us what so ever with this issueIf we are being forced to pay for their staffs mistake then I want the due date on the final bill changed to 7/which would have been the end of the lease in the first place because the Outpost apartments has exploited there tenants and put us in a horrendous financial situation because numerous of their staff members told us 50% and never corrected thatSo we deserve the right to not be harassed by a collection agency due to the Outpost staff's mistakeI expect a full response ASAP about this matter and that the final bill will not be sent to collection until 7/or you will be forcing us to take legal action against the numerous illegal acts that are done by the Outpost.

Hello, The amount in question is our reletting fee which is stated in the lease contractNicole did not fulfill her lease obligations and found someone to take over the rest of her lease term, as did her fiancéPer the rental agreement signed by them they agree to pay 85% of one months installment
in order to relet their apartmentEvery employee in my office is very educated on this subject and knows how much is owedNicole could not provide to us anything, in writing, where one of my employees stated they were only required to pay 50% reletting feeI have sent Nicole and her fiancé both copies of their leases that state how much our reletting fee isI let them know personally it would be unethical for us to accept only a portion of the fee from them when so many people before them, and at the same time, were paying the agreed upon amountThe remaining balance has been sent to both of them in the form of a final account statement
Hello, The 85% reletting fee was agreed to in writing by both parties. The Outpost has done nothing illegal, unethical, or outside of our normal practices. Since the residents have moved out, any owed amounts are to be paid within 30 days before they are sent to a collection agency. We consider this matter to be closed. Thank you
I am not a customer of this company, but I provided a service for them in May 2015 and have yet to be paid by them. I have called many, many times and left messages, but they will not return my calls nor send the money they owe my business. If they will not pay their bills, it says to me that they are not trustworthy. I certainly wouldn't use this company!!
