Thank you for bringing this to our attention.   I have been In contact with Mrs. [redacted] to resolve the issues with their warranty.  The warranty issues stem from the warranty not being activated at the time of the purchase of the warranty. Although the warranty would have still covered...

the claim regardless of the activation the warranty had expired due to time. The start date on the contract is and was not clear as to the actual start date therefore; Duval Acura has agreed to honor her warranty until 09/20/18 or 100,000 miles ( whichever comes first ).   We have an additional conference call to finalize our conversations and documentation still needs to be drawn to cover the specifics of the coverage and times. Thank you !!! [redacted] Duval Acura
